  • As an EKA Contract Manager you support the increase of business volume and SOW with Strategic and selected Major European Key Accounts, together with Account Managers, Marketing and Sales Companies.
  • Together with the European Key Account Managers, you manage the day-to-day business of Strategic and selected Major Accounts.
  • You manage a portfolio of European mid-size Accounts.
  • As an EKA Contract Manager you support and contribute to the overall EKA targets and strategy.
  • You manage the calculation, compilation and response for new business tenders.
  • You provide high quality central contract management of existing and new agreements.
  • As an EKA Contract Manager you coordinate the EKA pricing and discount structure.
  • You manage the customer communication pages.
  • You provide excellent internal and external communication.
  • The position of an EKA Contract Manager reports to the Team Leader.

Profiel kandidaat


  • As an EKA Contract Manager you have prior experience in material handling within a sales or marketing function.
  • You are commercially skilled and customer oriented.
  • Experience in tender management is a must, while experience in international contract management is a definite asset.
  • You are fluent in oral and written English.  Any other language is an asset.
  • You have the ability to communicate in a clear and brief way.
  • You are a proactive person with a swift working speed who doesn’t crack under pressure.
  • You have a positive and outgoing personality.
  • You have a structured way of working combined with a flexible and pragmatic approach to secure quick wins.
  • You are an advanced user in MS Office applicationsCRM and reporting/analysis tools.
  • The position of EKA Contract Manager is currently located at TMHE HQ in Brussels (Belgium) but will relocate to Willebroek during 2018.
