  • We are looking for an interim Project Talent Acquisition Expert supporting volume recruitment across Benelux, with passion and proven experience in Talent Acquisition, in agile and demanding businesses, preferably in international environment.
  • With significant experience gained in both staffing or head hunting firms as well as in-house talent acquisition you will be an attraction and sourcing expert. You will have in-depth knowledge and experience in the Benelux market able to reference multiple examples of recruitment project or programs that you have either lead or played a leading role in.
  • You will be at home in a fast paced consumer goods environment and able to quickly adapt to change and manage ambiguity.
  • Your subject matter expertise will cover hiring specialist roles across a diverse range of levels for both full time and temporary roles, you will have proven experience in-house utilizing both direct channels as well as managing 3rd parties.
  • This role is an interim position and we are looking for someone who thrives in a project focused role who can quickly embed themselves and deliver effectively while at the same time accurately documenting their activities and sharing their knowledge and expertise.

Profiel kandidaat


You will join the local HR Team and have a dual reporting to the Cluster TA Manager and Benelux HR Director.
You will have accountability for executing volume recruitment across key commercial business functions and work in close partnership with the Benelux TA Expert and HR teams.
You will take our local Talent Acquisition activities to the next level, leveraging you experience to plan and deliver structured recruitment projects in an agile and fast paced environment. Managing both direct hiring and third parties.
You will:
  • Deliver volume recruitment of commercial talents utilizing both direct and indirect channels.
  • Work closely with business managers to understand their needs and provide a structured programmer of recruitment.
  • Quickly implement tactical plans to attract key talents across a range of disciplines.
  • Bring new and creative ideas and approaches to attract and sourcing talents.
  • Be an expert in attraction & sourcing techniques who is able to implement their ideas and approaches.
  • Contribute to the delivering improvements, and bring state-of-the-art practices into Talent Acquisition in Benelux.
  • The position will be based in Antwerp, and require travel as part of multi-country responsibility. Naturally, we will support your transition.
